Software Security Update Notification
Effective patch management has become an important issue over the last five years and many products and solutions have been released to address the requirement - most of which are focussed around particular Operating Systems. However, our consultants have identified that despite organisations deploying patch management solutions, many systems are still compromised through third party software such as Anti-Virus (AV), system monitoring tools and remote administration utilities.
Digital Assurance can perform a comprehensive inventory of the applications installed on key servers within the infrastructure and identify relevant, security related software patches and fixes. Any gaps between the ideal patch state and the current state are identified. We will work with you to identify the importance of any updates or patches as and when they arrive.
