
Ethical Hacking
A 3 day course designed to teach students the basics of ethical hacking withrespect to networks and infrastructure. The aim of the course is to provide students with a baseline knowledge of skills to safely test the security of devices and to conduct penetration tests accurately and safely.
The course runs through a basic hacking methodology including open source information gathering, network analysis, port scanning, vulnerability identification and exploitation.

Course Audience
The course is recommended for internal security teams, system and network administrators. It is recommended that attendees should have a reasonable understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP and be competent in the use of an Operating System such as UNIX or Microsoft Windows. Being comfortable with the command line is also beneficial.
